Paul Sibcy has been serving clients and students in the Bay Area for 20 years. He believes that self knowledge, Self awareness, self acceptance and soul fulfillment are vital to health and well being. His counseling, bodywork and teaching are geared to that end.
A co-founder of Integrated Healing Arts, the San Francisco Bay Area's most comprehensive holistic clinic, Paul follows the yogic philosophy that mind, body and spirit are one. He is a minister in the Kriya Yoga lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda, a teacher and practitioner of Process Acupressure, and a well-known spiritual counselor.

After working a lifetime in the Silicon Valley the inexorable call to inner life landed Jaffer at Pathways to Self Healing, where he has found a home to practice awareness beyond the ordinary consciousness.
He has been a minister since 2004 and a regular participant in the Kriya Yoga Program. Kriya Yoga is one of the pillars of his practices which include those of the spiritual masters of the past.
Gloria was initiated into Kriya Yoga in 2000.
She continues to be an active member and participator in Kriya Yoga and Sunday Mornings for Spiritual health.
She was ordained as a minister in 2004 and serves on the board of directors.
Karen has been a member of Pathways since 1994. Her practice is an evolving entity with influences gathered from reading, 12 Step work and trips to India. The acceptance and love she has found at Pathways to Self Healing has kept her involved and active; committed to offering an inclusive spiritual home to others.
Karen Damian was ordained as a Pathways Minister in 2002. Since that time she has taught Beginning Meditation classes, led ongoing Thursday "Meditation and Self Development," and sat as "second seat" teacher at Kriya Yoga sessions.
Karen considers art as part of her ministry and has created three silk wall hangings, thus far, for the sangha, besides many other silk and other media artworks for friends and retail opportunities.
Linda Miller was just ordained a Pathways Minister in May 2010, attending Pathways since 2004 and initiated into Kriya Yoga in 2005. Raised in Christian Science her spiritual journey has led her through a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, a Marriage and Family practice, the study of Native American Shamanism, and finally settling into the non-dogmatic spirituality at Pathways. Part of her ministry is expressed through music, especially hand drums and singing at services/celebrations and the creation of beauty in the Pathways classroom and altar.
Ogden has been a longtime member of Pathways, a minister since 2007 and devoted to Spirit as long as he can remember.
His influences include Buddhism, the Tao and many Eastern Masters.
He was a solo practitioner until finding a happy home at Pathways to Self Healing.
